Madam Janet Mbaka, our school proprietor and director, is a seasoned educationist, banker, ICT professional, entrepreneur, mentor, counselor, and education researcher with over 30 years of experience in education management and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor of Education(Arts) from the university of Nairobi, Master's degree in Education Management from Strathmore University and various professional certifications in management, ICT, negotiation skills, team building, and report writing, among others. She is a member of a number of professional bodies like Computer Society of Kenya, Kenya Private Schools Association (KPSA), National Parents Association among others where she taps a lot of expertise. Madam Janet has served on the boards of several top-performing schools and has been instrumental in numerous school startups and parent associations. Her extensive expertise and commitment to education excellence continue to drive the vision and success of PEPPERCORN PREMIER SCHOOLS LIMITED.
Dr. Stephen Macharia is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Education at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Strathmore University. He holds a Bachelor of Education degree (Arts), a Master of Arts (Linguistics), a PhD in Communication Studies and a post-graduate diploma in Digital Communications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He is certified by the Staff Educational Development Association (SEDA - UK) in the area of Blended Learning in two spheres: Supporting Technology-Enhanced Learning (STEL) and Developing People and Enhancing Practice (DPEP). He is also certified by various other institutions in the area of e-learning. He has been a chairman and a member of the Board of Management in various schools. His research interests are in the area of Technology Enhanced Learning and Competency-Based Education.
Dennis Muriuki is a seasoned ICT professional specializing in cloud computing. He holds a BBIT degree from JKUAT University and possesses various certifications in cloud computing. Dennis has played a key role in the computerization of diverse institutions, including educational, financial, insurance, ICT, and government sectors. His extensive experience and expertise bring significant value to the IT sector within the school.
Madam Bridget Wambua is a seasoned educationist with a Master of Education in Administration from Kenyatta University and a Bachelor of Education from Kikuyu Campus. She possesses extensive experience in educational management, having effectively overseen and enhanced educational processes and outcomes at various levels. Beginning her career as a high school teacher, Bridget ascended through multiple management positions, consistently demonstrating her capability to improve educational systems. As a County Transition Coordinator, Bridget played a pivotal role in the implementation of the devolved system of government following the promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya in 2010. Her contributions were particularly significant in Machakos County, where she ensured a smooth transition to the new governmental structure. Bridget remains dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment and making a lasting impact on both learners and parents/guardians, striving to enhance learning outcomes through her guidance and support.
Arch Samuel Kimani is a registered and practicing architect with over 29 years of professional experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Nairobi and holds a master’s degree in Urban Housing Management from Lund University, Sweden. Prior to establishing his private practice, Arch Kimani held positions in the public sector, serving as an architect for the governments of Kenya and Seychelles. In these roles, he was responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of housing and social infrastructure projects. Arch Kimani has contributed significantly to the educational sector, serving on the Boards of Management of various schools across Nakuru, Kiambu, and Murang’a counties. Notably, he chaired the Kiu River Secondary School Board of Management for two terms until 2022. Beyond leadership, he has supported infrastructure development in these schools by offering pro bono consultancy services as part of his personal social responsibility (PSR). Passionate about fitness and general health, Arch Kimani is an avid recreational runner. Based in Nairobi, Arch Kimani operates an architectural and project management practice, undertaking a variety of projects in residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. He leverages his extensive experience gained through his tenure on various boards of management since 2014.
